Oatgurt + Strawberries

There are many health benefits of probiotics, including helping to balance the bacteria in your digestive system.  I was very happy to find this dairy-free and gluten-free (with no added sugar) oatgurt. Oatly Oatgurt has five live and active vegan probiotic strains.  

Since strawberries are #1 on the Dirty Dozen (EWG's 2020 Shopper's Guide to Pesticides in Produce) we only buy them organic. This simple recipe could also be tasty with some gluten-free granola or sliced bananas on top.

Ingredients:

  • Oatly Plain Oatgurt 

  • Organic Strawberries 

  • Maple Syrup 

Directions:

  1. Pour oatgurt into a bowl.

  2. Slice strawberries and sprinkle them on top of the oatgurt.

  3. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of maple syrup over the strawberries.
