A Positive Ripple Effect

If you read this (or any of my blog posts) and you find it encouraging, motivating or helpful to you in any way, please let me know and share it with someone too.  I'd love to spread a message of hope and healing to anyone who might appreciate it and be blessed by it.  Thank you so much!

“Our mission is to play a crucial role in improving health and happiness, and through that process, create a ripple effect that transforms the world." - Joshua Rosenthal, Founder and Director of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. In the IIN global community, we are on a mission to empower people to live their healthiest and happiest lives possible.

“What the world really needs right now is a health coach in every home…” - Dr. Stephen Cabral, Founder, Creator and Teacher of the Integrative Health Practitioner Institute.  Part of the IHP mission is to “heal yourself and then heal others”.  As we continue to heal, we are inspired to pay it forward and help those around us to heal deeply and naturally from a root cause level.

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Integrative Health Practitioner, I’m so happy be a part of the mission to help improve health and happiness around the world through a positive ripple effect.  Since I’ve discovered a lot of treasures of information along my healing journey,  I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned and supporting others on their healing journeys too.

Like drops of water in a puddle, one small shift in the way we think, live and act can ripple out and have a powerful effect on our surroundings.  Now more than ever, it is essential that we all make positive steps to increase the amount of hope, healing and love in our world.

It is time for us all to take charge and take ownership of our lives, our health and our bodies.  We need to take care of ourselves, nourish ourselves with healthy food and move our bodies.  The stronger and healthier we become, the more we can love and serve others.  It is time to do whatever we can to grow stronger physically, mentally and emotionally.

The more physical strength that we have, the more energy, endurance and immunity we have to protect ourselves from illness.  The more mental strength that we have, the more joy, peace, and resilience we can have during challenging times.  The more emotional strength that we have, the more love, forgiveness, and grace we can have for ourselves and for others.

Let’s all work to bring more light and love into this world.  Let’s be people who lift others up.  Let’s spread a ripple of courage, compassion and connection.  Let’s spread a message of hope and healing.  Let’s be our healthiest and happiest selves, so that we can give more, love more and help to make the world a better place.
