Chocolate Chip Banana Cookies
These chocolate chip banana cookies are gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free and so yummy! The recipe below is slightly adapted from Dr. Axe’s Edible Cookie Dough Recipe.
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
½ cup almond butter
1 cup almond flour
¼ cup coconut flour
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ teaspoon sea salt
½ cup dark or semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Mix all contents in a large bowl.
Scoop heaping teaspoons of dough and roll into small balls.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten balls slightly.
Bake for approximately 13 to 15 minutes or until cookies are a light golden brown.
