What we think about and focus on, our subconscious and conscious thoughts and behaviors, our relationships and how we interact with others all affect the emotions that we experience and feel throughout each day.

Reminding ourselves that we are safe, we are loved and we are enough can help us to be calm and put ourselves in a position to heal. When we are aware of our thoughts, we can patiently and kindly shift the way we think so that our emotions may be more peaceful and positive.
