Hummus + Fresh Veggies Wrap

Happy Taco Tuesday!  If you’d like a delicious, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan wrap or a cool taco idea, this is my new favorite.  It is so light, fresh, crunchy, flavorful and healthy. Thank you to Out Post Farm for the idea and inspiration.


 Ingredients:

  • 2 small gluten-free wraps

  • 2 tablespoons red pepper hummus

  • Lettuce

  • Cucumber

  • Tomato

  • Sprouts

 Directions:

  1. Lay two wraps on a plate and spread one tablespoon of hummus on each.

  2. Place a few pieces of lettuce on the hummus.

  3. Chop up the cucumber and tomato into bite sized pieces and place on top of the lettuce.

  4. Take a small handful of sprouts and put it on top.

  5. Fold and enjoy!
