Love You

One of the most important things we can do to support our healing is intentionally choose to love ourselves completely, right now, as we are.


What does it mean to love yourself?  

To love yourself is to be patient, kind and encouraging to yourself.  When you hear a mean or critical thought cross your mind, be quick to stop it and change it to a positive one.  Don’t allow the voices in your head be mean to you, stand up for yourself.


How can you love your mind, body, heart and soul?  

Love your mind by filling it with positive and inspiring thoughts and words, watch and read what is uplifting and hopeful to you.

Love your body by nourishing yourself with healthy whole foods, strengthening through daily joyful movement, and getting enough rest.

Love your heart by being open to receiving love and support from others and by releasing pain and hurt through forgiveness.

Love your soul by practicing gratitude and appreciating the gift that is your life.


Why is it so important?  

Love heals.  Compassion, kindness, prayers and loving thoughts comfort, bring peace and have the power to heal.  

You are loved and you are amazing just the way you are.  Remember, you make the world a better place just by being you.
