Tasty Fall Nourish Bowl + Tahini Sauce
Here is some tasty fall nourish bowl inspiration for you! Today I had a bowl of quinoa, kale, sweet potatoes, yellow squash and roasted chickpeas with tahini sauce for lunch.
Here are the ingredients and directions for making the tahini sauce:
2 small garlic cloves, finely minced (1 teaspoon chopped garlic)
¾ cup tahini
2 lemons juiced
2 tablespoons maple syrup
¼ teaspoon Real Salt
¼ to ½ cups water (depending on your preference for thickness)
Cut and juice the lemons, measure and add all ingredients to a mason jar, shake and stir well.
Here are the ingredients and directions for making my nourish bowl:
Quinoa
Chickpeas
Yellow squash
Sweet potatoes
Kale
Olive oil
Real Salt
Cook the quinoa, clean and massage the kale (with olive oil and Real Salt), and roast the sweet potatoes, yellow squash and chickpeas.
Cover the bottom of the bowl with quinoa, add kale, sweet potatoes, yellow squash, chickpeas and drizzle on the tahini sauce. Serve warm!
