Tasty Fall Nourish Bowl + Tahini Sauce

Here is some tasty fall nourish bowl inspiration for you!  Today I had a bowl of quinoa, kale, sweet potatoes, yellow squash and roasted chickpeas with tahini sauce for lunch.


Here are the ingredients and directions for making the tahini sauce:

  • 2 small garlic cloves, finely minced (1 teaspoon chopped garlic)

  • ¾ cup tahini

  • 2 lemons juiced

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • ¼ teaspoon Real Salt

  • ¼ to ½ cups water (depending on your preference for thickness)

  • Cut and juice the lemons, measure and add all ingredients to a mason jar, shake and stir well.

Here are the ingredients and directions for making my nourish bowl:

  • Quinoa

  • Chickpeas

  • Yellow squash

  • Sweet potatoes

  • Kale

  • Olive oil

  • Real Salt

  • Cook the quinoa, clean and massage the kale (with olive oil and Real Salt), and roast the sweet potatoes, yellow squash and chickpeas. 

  • Cover the bottom of the bowl with quinoa, add kale, sweet potatoes, yellow squash, chickpeas and drizzle on the tahini sauce.  Serve warm!
