Time For You: Take a Pause at Menopause

If you answered yes to any of these questions, I highly recommend that you consider signing up for our transformational program called “Time for You: Take a Pause at Menopause” at the Release Well Being Center in Westborough, Massachusetts. This is a three month program starting Wednesday, January 11th designed to completely transform your physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual health.

For one hour on the second Wednesday of each month from 7:00 to 8:00 PM, you will have the opportunity to join a group of women on a zoom call with me to discuss a variety of topics such as creating your own nourishing bio-individual diet, transforming limiting beliefs to a success mindset, finding peace and balance in all areas of your life and your body and much more. We will learn together, share ideas, encourage, support and empower each other.

Also once a month I will meet each member of the group for a one-on one virtual video health coaching call to address your specific bioindividual needs and create together a new lifestyle and wellness plan that works for you.

Every day (except Tuesday when Release is closed) you will have unlimited access to relax in the salt room, sauna, steam room and spa tub to calm your nervous system and help detox your body. You will have unlimited access to attend yoga, cycling and many other different fitness classes. Not only will you get an amazing workout, you will discover your favorite forms of exercise and be motivated and inspired by the support of our community.

Each month you get to pick a spa treatment of choice such as a massage, facial, cranial sacral therapy and more. This will reduce stress and put your mind and body in a calm and restful state. All of this is so helpful to bring more balance and healing into your life.

Finally, every month you get a smoothie, salad and soup from the delicious Nourish Cafe. Not only do you get to enjoy this tasty and nourishing food, you will discover and be inspired to create more of your own whole food recipes at home.
