Vegan Nourish Bowl
Directions:
Cook the brown rice as instructed on the package.
Chop broccoli into bite sized pieces and bake or steam.
Peel and grate carrots.
Open and drain a can of garbanzo beans (chickpeas).
Cut avocado into bite sized chunks.
Scoop rice into a bowl and then put some broccoli, chickpeas and grated carrots on top.
Pour on some olive oil and coconut aminos to taste.
Add some avocado chunks on top.
Sprinkle on hemp hearts and some salt.
